How To Collect My ER Order At YL SG Office For The First Time?
Just joined for the first time and not too sure how to collect your Essential Rewards order when you head down to Young Living office? I had this question thrown to me a few times, thus I put in something short to help my new members. Hope it benefits you as well!
Store hours might change unexpectedly on days for staff training, PHs and YL Events. Best to call in advance to confirm if it's open or just go down earlier to avoid disappointment.
Step 1:
Pass your ID to the receptionist at the lobby of Bugis Junction Towers. Inform her that you are visiting YL at level 7. You can then scan your ID to get into the lift lobby.

Step 2:
You can't miss the Young Living Singapore office. Just follow your nose and eyes! Are they diffusing Purification or Lavender? :)
Press the 2nd button for 'Collection'. Collect the Queue number slip.

Step 3:
Pick up a copy ot the Collection Slip from the wall opposite the Customer Service Counter.
Fill up your member name and number. Take note to circle 'ER collection'. Put in your Queue number.
You will see many lines available in the form. In future, you can just fill up 1 form if you are collecting on behalf of family or friends.

Step 5:
Slot the Collection Slip into the green box as shown below. Wait patiently. My experience has always been a pleasant 10-20 minutes wait if you had settled your orders online.
I tried to be as comprehensive as possible to make your first experience with YL a pleasant one. If you have suggestions on how to make it easier for you or other new members, you are welcome to comment or drop me an email!
Happy Oiling!
