Young Living SG Promotion for December 2016

Young Living SG Promotion for December 2016

It's coming to the end of the year. Time really flies, doesn't it? Very soon, school holidays will be over. Ugghh, panic another time! #WhereIsMyStressAway

Ho Ho Ho! Christmas is almost upon us. Don't say I never remind all of ya. Get your pressies early! Scrambling around last minute is no joke. If you'll be hosting parties this month, consider getting the Thieves Dish Soap and Thieves Foaming Hand Wash. They are yours free at 350PV. Check out the other member freebies below.
  • Melissa - The next most expensive EO after Rose, this is certainly worth taking notice. Aka the Lemon Balm, Melissa is known to help with anxiety and strengthens our memory. This is why my favourite Brain Power has Melissa oil in it too! It can help support a healthy digestive system. I wouldn't diffuse as it's darn expensive! :P Instead, consider diluting with V-6 and apply to your tummy or base of neck. Chase that sadness away! Don't let negative thoughts crowd you.
  • Myrrh - This essential oil is very often mentioned in skincare products. Alert alert ladies! Adding Myrrh to our favourite skincare regime may improve the appearance of dull, dry skin. Ensure your skincare products are without parabens or other harmful chemicals. I have yet the time to read up and study the ingredients of any off-the-shelf products, a safer bet would be using YL's ART skincare set with Myrrh. It can also help with minor skin irritations, cuts and burns.
  • Thieves Dish Soap - Using natural ingredients without chemicals, dyes and synthetics. If your aim is moving towards a chemical free home. Give this a try! The dish soap has Thieves, Jade Lemon and Bergamot in it, a definite plus in smell!
  • Thieves Foaming Hand Wash - Went to a friend's place previously and she had this hand soap in the guest toilet. How luxurious! I have come to love the smell of Thieves. Needless to say, I found many excuses to go to her washroom. Keke!
  • Stress Away - The name of the blend said it all. Just go away Stress! Not welcome here. I'll need lots of that when the school reopens. It's yours free for Essential Rewards Early Birds who orders a PV of 150-269 between December 1st-15th. I love to diffuse it, as it's soothing and comforting. It was a life-saver when I had pack the house for a move the year before. #IHateMovingHouse

Young Living SG Promotion for November 2016

Young Living SG Promotion for November 2016

November is the month for the Luxurious Rose. The long-awaited Rose Member freebie is back with a purchase of 500PV. That's worth S$298.50 (wholesale price). As far as I know, Rose essential oil as our member's freebie only comes in once a year. So, Chiong ah! That's a bit of dialect for 'Let's rush'! Other than that, you'll be also getting Motivation (only available in YL USA currently), Magnify Your Purpose and Common Sense.

  • Rose - An oil with the highest frequency. I consider it the Mother of all essential oils. When in doubt of what oil to use, I'll go to Rose. Yes, the price may deter most folks from trying out this amazing single, myself included. That's why I'll whack when there is a promotion. Rose has long been associated with Romance and Beauty. Try a DIY Rose water, said to reduce wrinkles, plus the anti-inflammatory properties can help to tighten pores and reduce scars. The wonderful smell of Rose can be a good relaxant and calm anxiety. I use Rose and Geranium interchangeably. Geranium for daily use and Rose when I want to pamper myself abit.
  • Motivation - Available for sale in YL USA only. Given that the US exchange rate has risen so much against the S$. It's a lucky thing that we can get this oil this month for free. For folks who procrastinate a lot (pointing to Moi), you'll need this. Motivation attracts positive energy and action, and helps to overcome feelings of fear. You can apply on the shoulders, base of neck and even round the naval to calm the butterflies you had been keeping in your tummy. The blend of Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile and Lavender smells wonderful.
  • Magnify Your Purpose - This is an amplifier. So use it last to strengthen your goals or intentions. For example, I will use Brain Power on the Brain Stem and layer it with Magnify Your Purpose (MYP) next. MYP is a blend of Sandalwood, Patchouli, Nutmeg, Ginger, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang and Geranium. Sandalwood gives it a distinct woody smell and the presence of Ginger and Nutmeg makes it a hot oil. Please dilute if necessary. Most use it neat though.
  • Common Sense - This is not an oil which I normally use. Definitely don't want to be seen as a lady without common sense! Duh! I went to read it up as this is inclusive in this month's member promotion. Little did I know I have been missing out in this gem of an oil! It's specially formulated by Dr Gary Young to improve our acumen and decision-making. Should have started using it long ago! I might have saved more of my brain cells. :P Common Sense has Frankincense and Dorado Azul, both my definite favourites. Can't wait to try it!

Using Einkorn Flour In My Philips Breadmaker!

Using Einkorn Flour In My Philips Breadmaker!

I can make my own bread! #PatOnMyBack Been meaning to boast about my first breadmaker. Only had time to write about it today. I totally need to apply Motivation essential oil! #MeLoveToProcrastinate #IHashtagTooMuch

  • Motivation - It's a blend to get your butt moving. Basically my butt. As the name suggests, the oil can ease stress and the reluctance to move forward. The Spruce and Lavender in it will ground and calm our mind. Roman Chamomile and Ylang Ylang will relax muscles and restores confidence. I love the smell and will often wear it on my diffuer necklace.

Most folks think that Stay-at-home-Mums (SAHM) are darn free. Once we stopped working, we'll have all the time in the world to clean the house, cook 3 meals a day and bake beautiful pastries. Hubby will come home daily to a house spick-and-span, smelling of delicious baked bread or home-cooked meal and Moi, the wife still looking fresh and waiting at the door with slippers. Well, most are dead wrong! Instead, I'm feeling shack from 24/7 facing the child. No leave, no MC. I'm rambling. Just ignore me. :)

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.

Still, I try my best to ensure my child eats well. My good friend, Shirley, introduced the breadmaker to me during a playdate. Wow, was I impressed! It's super easy to use and clean. Most suitable for a lazy person like me.

I bought the Philips Breadmaker to reduce buying bread off the shelf. In this way, I can switch the ingredients to a healthier option, using organic products whenever possible and adding nuts and seeds in my bread. I use organic flour instead of the normal white flour, milk in replacement of butter, and Himalayan Sea Salt instead of white salt and organic sugar.

The results was surprisingly well-received. Both my hubby and son love them. It's especially so for my child and he now prefers my homemade bread to the ones outside. Unless it's soft gooey red bean. I can never win red bean bread haha. I kept them to a minimum for him as I have yet to promote to oven-baked bread. One of my concerns with eating bread in school on a daily basis is indigestion. However, my child likes nothing else for his recess.

Recently I started experimenting with the Young Living's Einkorn Flour. It's one of the oldest variety of wheat before we started having all the hybrid or mutated versions. It's low gluten level makes it more compatible with our body as compared to the newer varieties of wheat. Einkorn grain has 14 chromosomes, while modern wheat has 42. Thus, Einkorn is easier to digest, making it easier on our digestive system and nutrients will be better absorbed.

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.

It's stated on the website that Einkorn flour can be substituted on a 1:1 ratio with all purpose flour or whole-wheat flours. I'm a baking dummy and I find that if I substitute it all with my Hi-Protein flour. The bread goes all flat and hard. Thus after a few tries, I decided 20% substitution works best for my breadmaker. The bread is soft and fluffy, and it's actually more flavourful due to the addition of the Einkorn Flour. It is indeed more digestible than normal bread. Yay to me!

I Needed A Skin Test, Not Permanent Tattoos!

I Needed A Skin Test, Not Permanent Tattoos!

Did a Skin Test today. They had to use black markers to mark the area when they put the lotion for skin analysis. I didn't think much of the markings and went back home happily after the test.

Little did I know. After a full shower plus additional shower foam and hand soap on my arm, the markings are still fairly visible. Yipes! I didn't ask for a permanent tattoo. My rebellious days are over. Yes, they will probably go away after a few more washings/days but I decided to test it out with my essential oils. #TheScientistInMe

I used a little Lemon essential oil dripped directly on the marker stains. After that, just gently clean it off with a piece of tissue. No hard rubbings needed. Lemon oil rocks!

Had to enlist the help of my son to take pictures for me. Thank you Jayden! :)

Happy Teacher's Day!

Happy Teacher's Day!

When you have a blur sotong mummy like Moi, it means birthdays and important dates are often forgotten until it's too late to go out and buy a thoughtful gift. Yup, I can still go out and grab anything which is available but it's just not the same. Every year I remind myself to prepare presents for teachers early so that I do not need to scramble for them last minute.
Success rate=Not Good!

Teacher's Day presents are a must for me personally. It's not easy teaching my child. Trust Me, I know! I am most grateful that my son's teachers have been all so patient with him despite his learning difficulties.

Thanks to Young Living, I now have a horde of essential oils on hand. After discussing with my boy, we decided to DIY our own Mosquito Repellent for the beloved teachers. Refer to my earlier post on DIY Mosquito Repellent. Blur mummy even has to ask for some blank gift cards from my Oiling Buddy @Xavvy-licious for son to pen a few words! They are so pretty and useful! I need to get some Serene! :)

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.

Viola! Personally, I felt that this is one of the most useful gifts at the moment. We want to protect our children and family members from Aedes Mosquito threat. Same should be done for the teachers, whom we love as family as well.

Zika Virus has started spreading in Singapore. We are now being mocked as "Zikapore". Other than doing our part to practise the Mozzie Wipeout diligently at home. We should also protect ourselves with plenty of mosquito repellents, wear clothing to cover our body, arms and legs.

To be super realistic however, in this hot weather, unless we move from aircon to aircon environment, it's impossible to wear clothes to cover our entire body. I barely walked 5 minutes out of the house in shorts and tee and would already be covered in sweat. 20 minutes walk to & fro to school to pick my boy, I would have lost a cup of water. Drink up, my friends!

It's a long term fight against those dreaded mosquitoes. It's not going to go away suddenly. I rather use all natural and plant-based repellents for my loved ones. No telling what will happen if we use those chemical-infused bug repellent for long periods of time. We may have another new epic skin problem coming up?

Moreover, bug repellent has been out of stock recently in stores since Zika hit Singapore. It is super reassuring as I can make my own bug repellent easily from home. No stress!

So glad that I have been using Citronella* Essential Oil as one of the ingredients in my bug spray. It was featured in the Straits Times Paper recently too. Refer to picture below. It may not be as long-lasting as Deet-infused products BUT it's chemical-free! Just be sure to re-apply regularly. Like once every 2 hours.

Stay safe my friends!

*Citronella essential oil is currently only available for purchase in Young Living USA.

My Funny Experience With Eucalyptus Blue!

My Funny Experience With Eucalyptus Blue!

I L-O-V-E Eucalyptus. Yes, that's with a capital 'L'. There are over 700 known Eucalyptus plants. Most are found in Australia. If you walk along the streets of Australia, you will come across Eucalyptus in all forms, essential oils, creams and ointments aplenty. It's a walk down 'Heaven's Lane' for me. The native Koalas love them too!

Young Living has a few types of Eucalyptus essential oils. The one I loved most is the Eucalyptus Blue (EB). It is grown and distilled on Young Living's farm in Ecuador, South America. High in eucalyptol but a really amazing fact is that it does not cause allergic reaction in peeps who are allergic to eucalyptol.

This EO supports our respiratory system, repel insects and is highly calming to the mind. Since Valor is out of stock most of the time, I find that Eucalyptus Blue works well for me to calm my nerves and I love it for the refreshing smell.

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.

My Oiling Buddy, Serene and I meet up for roadshows often. I'm grateful to her for making time for it because she has two kiddos to take care of. Just recently, we were discussing EB and how much I love it. Serene had a different experience with EB. It smells like stinky socks to her, especially when she's not feeling well. I was dumbfounded. How is my favourite oil like socks?

I had blocked nose and my throat felt dry due to the haze that hit Singapore suddenly two days earlier. Since I got a diffuser necklace which I find super pretty, I thought I could diffuse my favourite oil when I'm out of the house. Big mistake! It smelt like gym socks to me suddenly. Too late to change the cotton ball in the pendant since I was running late for my appointment. My sense of smell must have changed because I was unwell. Bear with it! It's soothing to my blocked nose. Uggh! For those of you with the same problems as me, try to diffuse other respiratory oils like RC, Raven, Idaho Balsam Fir or Dorado Azul.

I can almost hear Serene snickering all the way from the East.

I am Haze Ready.

Haze is BACK!

The smoky air is back with a vengence. Where I'm at, the air carried a burnt smell as well. At once, I can feel the back of my throat dry and scratchy. Drink up guys! Supplement with herbal jelly or Luo Han Guo drink to nourish your throat.

Son automatically requested for his mask when it's time to leave for school. Walked halfway and he asked why I didn't apply any oils on his mask. Even asked me to remember to diffuse Purification at home later while he is in school.

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.

Oh dear! I totally forgot about the Haze Protocol after the one year lapse. Even my son remembers more about oiling than mummy! Haha..

Reminder to self: Must blog this down before I forget. #INeedBrainPower

Haze protocol:
  • Check NEA website for hourly PSI reading. (Like watching share price charts!)
  • Swipe Peppermint, Purification, or any respiratory oils on outside of mask to remove odors and to ease breathing.Some respiratory oils I like right now are RC, Idaho Balsam Fir, Raven, Eucalyptus Blue and Dorado Azul.
  • Diffuse Purification or Thieves at home to remove odors and boost immunity for family.
  • Avoid outdoor activities if PSI hits above 100 points.
@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.
I'm sure if you google any essential oil FB pages or websites, there will be many variations of Haze Protocol. Choose one most suitable for you!

White Angelica During The Hungry Ghost Festival.

White Angelica During The Hungry Ghost Festival.

Some of us love to use Abundance essential oil during the Lunar Chinese New Year for abundant happiness, health and wealth, I use White Angelica essential oil to repel negative feelings and strengthen my aura.

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.
August 3, 2016 was Day 1 of the 7th month in the lunar calendar. The Hungry Ghost Festival, which we Chinese believe is a time where ghosts and spirits, including that of our ancestors, would be allowed to visit the living descendants for the entire lunar month. We pay homage by praying and preparing offerings. During this month, burning of incense papers, joss sticks and placing of offerings at the side of the roads or pavement is a common sight. Do be patient with us as this is part of our religion. For the rest of us, please try to leave as little trace as possible. Racial harmony rocks!

I started the day with by diffusing White Angelica in the house. Call me superstitious but I do love the smell of White Angelica. It's a blend of Myrrh, Bergamot, Sandalwood, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Hyssop, Melissa, Rose and Angelica. It will attract positive energy and repels negativity, strengthens your aura and gives you a sense of protection. Who would mind a little more help right?

Funny incident happened that night. After dinner, I accompanied my mother down to the void deck to offer our prayers. We noticed a lot of people gathered as well. Being the busybody that I am, I walked up to the group to find out what happened. It seemed that a blackout had occurred on the other half of the block. Our side of the block was not affected. I told my son we were super lucky, else we would be having dinner in candlelight!

One neighbour of ours made an interesting remark:
"The lights went 'POK' at 8 o'clock! #ScaredDieMe. Today is the first day of the seventh month you know!" All of us couldn't stop laughing.

If you have a sensitive child who suddenly starts to cry in the middle of the night, try swiping a little White Angelica on the shoulders or feet of the child. This is what happened to my super sensitive boy. He is more spiritually aware than us, especially if he is sick. That awareness gave me quite a scare in Desaru. Will share the story another time. I have heard of other mummies commenting their kid wakes up crying or becomes super cranky this week.

Other alternatives include Paolo Santo and Sage (only from Young Living USA). Try it, there's nothing to lose but a good night's sleep.

Happy snoozing!

Milestone: EI3 in May 2016!

Milestone: EI3 in May 2016!

Happy May, Happy Me! The month of May was a happy month for myself. Kid's SA1 (Semestral Examinations) done and I hit the rank of Executive in Young Living for the very first time. I received an email from Young Living to inform that I qualified for the Elite Express EI3 prize. How cool is that?! Will blog about this when I receive the gifts in August.

Extract from Young Living's website.

Another surprise was in the mail for me. I received a OneDrop lanyard and a 'Executive' pin from Kai and Sheena. Yay! As a member of the OneDrop group, each member will receive a pin and congratulatory card once we hit a new rank. Check out my cute pin! So proud to be a OneDropper!

I received my Singapore Flag pin from the Singapore NingXia Red launch in May 2016. Now it have a home on the lanyard. I'll show off my new babes in my next roadshow. :)

DIY Mosquito Repellent Blend

DIY Mosquito Repellent Blend

Dengue Alert!

I believe most Singaporeans are getting used to these news reports. Our hot weather, plus the occasional rain made a lot of places around us good breeding grounds for mosquitoes. What's frightens me most is probably the Aedes Mosquito. Go read it up on the NEA website. It takes only a week for a mosquito to breed from egg to adult. Scary right?

Load up on bug spray or mosquito repellent patches. It was shared that the mosquito peak biting period is at dawn and dusk. For a Kiasu parent like me, it's two patches for my child every day without fail or I'll load him with the Off! mosquito repellent spray if I ever run out of the patches.

Being the wellness advocate, I try to reduce using chemical infused products whenever I can. After consulting friends and some DIY websites, I decided to prepare my own DIY Mosquito Repellent for my family using the Young Living Essential Oils.
@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.
Here's my mosquito repellent recipe for a 1oz (30ml) spray bottle:
  • 15 drops of Peppermint
  • 15 drops of Lemongrass
  • 15 drops of Citronella*
  • Pinch of Epsom Salt
  • Distilled water
@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.
Drip the three oils into a glass spray bottle, add a pinch of Epsom Salt and top up the bottle with distilled water. Shake the bottle to mix the oils well. Print a pretty label or sticker onto glass bottle and it will make a nice gift for friends. It's plant-based and all natural ingredients. So the recipient can use it with a peace of mind.

Both Lemongrass and Citronella* are well known to be insect repelling oils. Peppermint is antiviral and is cooling to the skin. Perfect for our hot weather!

Epsom salt is a natural mineral compound of Magnesium and Sulfate. Both are necessary for our body in minute quantity. Magnesium can help to reduce inflammation and help with muscle and nerve function. Sulfate can assist to flush toxins from our body.

Afraid that your kid will break the glass spray bottle? Consider recycling the Thieves Spray bottle or the Off! Mosquito repellent bottle like what I did as shown below.

You can also try your very own concoction by using other essential oils like Cedarwood, Lavender, Geranium and Eucalyptus.

I did a Litmus paper test on my DIY mosquito repellent. It's slightly acidic, which is good to relieve dry and itchy skin in event of bug bites.

@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.
@MyOilyFunScoops. All Rights Reserved.

Do try to finish the DIY spray within a month. I usually have to prepare a new batch every 2-3 weeks. It's actually cheaper than buying mosquito patches in my household.

Try it! You'll probably love the smell of your DIY so much that you'll ditch your store bought sprays immediately. :)

*Citronella essential oil is currently only available for purchase in Young Living USA.

Young Living SG Promotion for July 2016

Young Living SG Promotion for July 2016

Typically July is my least favourite month. Kid starts school after a 4 weeks' break and I have start to exercise more after all my food binge during the school holidays. Again!

This year, I am probably going to grumble less. Check out what the Young Living SG July16 member's promotion! :)

What's In My Travel Pouch? Part II

What's In My Travel Pouch? Part II

This is part II of "What's In My Travel Pouch?" If you have not read Part I, here's the link. :)
https://myoilyfunscoops.blogspot.sg/2016/06/whats-in-my-travel-pouch-part-i.html

As mentioned in my last blog post, I prepared a Ziploc bag of the four EOs what I considered First Aid oils. They are Thieves, Peppermint, RC and Purification.

Being prepared is the best precaution. Don't expect your airplane to be ultra clean as Singapore is mostly a transit hub. The plane was probably hurriedly cleaned 30 minutes before our boarding time after carrying passengers from some other countries into Singapore. Any funny odours, just drip some Purification oil onto a ball of tissue and stuffed it in the magazine pouch in front of you. Your nose will thank you for it.

Little incident happened just after we landed in Melbourne Airport. Nephew slept throughout the flight and missed his inflight meal. Upon landing, he felt light-headed and his lips was pale. It's probably a lack of glucose from the 7 hours flight. His parents had some sweets packed in their luggage but we had yet to clear customs and collect our luggage. I applied some Peppermint oil on his chest, temples and got him to inhale the oil from my palms. Nephew felt better and we were able to continue our way. Do note my nephew is a well-oiled kid and is perfectly fine with the Peppermint oil neat on his skin. For most kids, please dilute with the YL V6 oil or just get them to inhale from your palm. It's not necessary to bring the whole bottle. Just pour out some V6 oil into a 2ml glass bottle and bring it on the trip with you.

Mine was a late night flight, so Thieves on feet with socks is a must before kid sleeps. No compromise on immunity support!

During the entire trip, these four EOs are always available in my carryall bag whenever we are out roaming the streets of Melbourne. Super convenient!

What's In My Travel Pouch? Part I

What's In My Travel Pouch? Part I

School Holidays are here! Hooray! Flying out tomorrow for a week and I'm still not packed. Can feel the nagging vibes from hubby already. Uggghh! Before every trip, I swore to myself to pack earlier so that I will not miss out something important. Each time I fail! :P So need to apply my Motivation oil! Haha, Love to travel, Hate to pack!

Sneak peak into what's in my travel pouch. Do note that some of my must-have essential oils will vary according to the weather of the place I'm travelling to, my luggage size and duration of the vacation. I would love to lug my entire essential oil collection there but I am sure hubby will faint. Anyway, I need to save some luggage space for shopping!

I will be away for a week to Melbourne City. It's Winter time right now and the temperature is going to be between 4-17 degrees. Cold Brrrr! So my focus this time is more on respiratory support, immunity oils for my family.

Essential Oil:
  • RC - Respiratory support. Always the first oil I'll go to when I hear sniffles. It can also be used to relieve allergies.
  • Dorado Azul - Respiratory support. Stronger version of RC if the former didn't stop the sniffles.
  • Raven - Respiratory support. Highly antiseptic and anti fungal. A hot oil very much suitable for the cold weather. Good to apply on feet and wear your socks at bedtime.
  • Thieves - Immunity support. A definite Must daily in or out of Singapore. I will apply Thieves in the morning and ImmuPower for night time.
  • ImmuPower - Immunity support. A warming oil suitable for the cold weather. Good to apply on feet and wear socks at bedtime.
  • Sacred Frankincense - Eye power. Daily routine for kid day and night.
  • Helicrysum - Eye power. Daily routine for kid day and night.
  • Cedarwood - Essential for a good night's sleep on a strange bed. Cedarwood stimulates the release of Melatonin and promotes deep sleep.
  • Tranquil Roll-on - Feeling tension during your trip? Just roll on your shoulders and temples. With its blend of Lavender, Cedarwood and Roman Chamomile, it's your very own portable stress reliever.
  • Peppermint - Need I say more? Good for headaches, nausea, itcky smells wherever you are.
  • Frankincense - My bottle of vain. Good for my skin!
  • Lemon - My morning ritual of cleansing my body.
  • DiGize - Don't leave home without it. We tend to 'Let it go" by eating too much on holidays. I drink it every night after dinner to ensure that I can really "Let IT Go" the entire trip, least I end up with constipation.
  • Purification - Weird smell lingering in the air when u check into a hotel room? This is what I need to absorb the foul odours. Also can help with minor cuts and bug bites.
  • Joy - If the trip didn't turn out as great as intended, apply 1 drop of Joy over the heart and let's just enjoy the weather!
Supplements:
  • Super C Chewable - Load up on vitamin C for the family to fight the flu bug.
  • Ningxia Red Sachets - My daily dose of NXR on the go to boost my energy level. I had to specially order them from YL USA as they are not yet available in Singapore. It come in a 2oz easy-to-tear sachet. I love it!
  • Sulfurzyme - My daily support for building immunity and skin.
So many oils and supplements to bring with me on one trip you say! Nay, not really. I can never have too many oils with me. Most will be packed into my luggage bag for check-in. As for the supplements, it is a hassle to bring along the big containers. Just count the number of capsules/tablets you need for the trip and packd them into a small pill box or into those smaller ziploc bags.

I love the Young Living Everyday Oils set (Refer to picture below). Whenever possible, I will switch my 15ml oil for a smaller 5ml bottle for easy travel. They are available for purchase as a box of 10 5ml oils or YL members can get it free if they are on Essential Rewards for 6 months. How cool is that!

There are some basic oils I suggest that you always have along with you wherever you go. I did not have any problems bringing my four EOs with me on flight. But I did prepare a Ziploc bag to keep the oils in. My favourite first aid oils are RC, Thieves, Peppermint and Purification.

I should probably stop here for now and go back to my packing. Dagger eyes at 3 o'clock! :P
